FIFA, in collaboration with Beach Soccer Worldwide (BSWW), organised the seaside soccer instructors seminar in Dubai from 4 to 7 November 2014 during the Beach Soccer Intercontinental Cup Dubai 2014. Topics for example "the way to be a FIFA instructor", the roles and required a FIFA instructor, the brand new Beach Soccer coaching manual, Beach Soccer Technical Study Group analysis and new amendments for the Beach Soccer laws with the game were among a few of the topics discussed.

Furthermore, on 8 November, 2014 the FIFA instructors were invited to go to the next day's a two day workshop (7 to eight November) where all of the prominent figures of Beach Soccer had open discussions on topics like the club a higher level Beach Soccer, FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Portugal 2015, and maturity from the sport, among others, were discussed, showcasing the sport's rapid development and powerful influence for the global scale, across all the football modalities.

"The overall game today is superior to in 2009, but we have to make the game even better", said Joan Cusco, BSWW Executive V . p . and FIFA Beach Soccer Committee Member at the opening.

FIFA management was present naturally and shared more encouraging words, "Together were making this sport the quickest growing sport on the planet", said Jaime Yarza, FIFA Senior Manager Beach Soccer and Futsal Competitions.

The seminar included open discussions and went through the minds of the important leader in beach soccer, from players for example Madjer of Portugal, to P. Shahriari, Iranian Football Federation Head of Beach Soccer. Both sides spoke with their involvement amongst players and also the future of the game.
