The adjudicatory chamber from the FIFA Ethics Committee, chaired by Hans-Joachim Eckert, has thought i would ban the first kind president of the New Caledonia Football Association, Edmond Bowen, from taking part in any kind of football-related activity at national and international level to get a amount of 3 years.

Mr Bowen was discovered responsible for breaching art. 13 (General rules of conduct) from the FIFA Code of Ethics after he would not round the mandatory commitment of integrity truthfully when bidding for being elected being a person in the FIFA Disciplinary Committee.

The adjudicatory chamber from the FIFA Ethics Committee was not able to reach Mr Bowen via his last known postal address and he also would not reply to any emails over the entire adjudicatory proceedings. Consequently, the terms of this decision are exceptionally being made public on FIFA.com, as technique of notification, that is consistent with art. 36 par. 2 in the FIFA Code of Ethics.

The ban is beneficial as from 10 November 2014, the date what is the best the decision was published on FIFA.com.
